Quadra Solutions Group was founded by four retired U.S. Air Force recruiting veterans with more than 75 years of combined recruiting experience and over eight years of civilian recruiting expertise.
Our team has supported recruiting operations in all 50 states and overseas, with experience spanning healthcare recruiting, recruiting operations, national marketing and advertising, leadership, and workforce strategy. Throughout our careers, we've learned that successful recruiting is about more than filling positions—it's about building relationships, understanding people, and delivering exceptional service.
Driven by our passion, enthusiasm, and commitment to helping people succeed, we always dreamed of building a recruiting company that reflected the values we lived by throughout our military careers. Upon retirement, we turned that vision into reality.
